Our raspberry infused vinegar has fresh berry notes with no added sweetness.
To create our raspberry infused apple cider vinegar, we start with our award winning Gingras XO Original Apple Cider Vinegar, which has already been aged for additional time in small barrels in our Reserve Cellar. Using Pierre Gingras’ artisanal methods of blending, we then add fresh raspberries, and nothing else: no sugar, no preservatives, and no additives.
After just a short time, in order not to overwhelm the already complex flavour, it’s ready to enjoy. The final result is unexpected, the liveliness of the raspberries has rounded out, giving an intense experience that is a little bit tart and surprisingly smooth, with a tantalizing aroma. There’s no added sweetness, yet the raspberries leave a delicate, yet lasting fruit flavour that is ideal for tasty vinaigrettes.
