Originating from Lapland, Tablut entertained the Scandinavians over the centuries. This age-old game a close parent to Hnefatafl and Gwezboell, will fascinate chess fans. Muscovites and Swedes compete on a square board of nine squares. The goal is different for each player: the first player aims at driving away the king, whilst the second tries to capture the king.
