Manila sailors whisks are decorative and functional. These whisks are made with using an original Nova Scotia nautical design that features a cuff made with 3 knots. These whisks were originally used for cleaning the galley and larger whisks being knotted for cleaning the deck of the ship.
The whisks are great for workshop clean up and cleaning wood stoves. You can cut the whisk to length if a stiffer brush is preferred.
Sailors Whisk sizes are based on sizes of Manila Rope: 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4 “and 1”
