Canadian Club® Sherry Cask proves Canadian whisky can be so much more than just an ingredient in a Manhattan. To make Sherry Cask, very small quantities of our finest whiskies are aged for at least 8 years in white oak barrels and then double matured in Fino sherry casks imported from Jerez, Spain.
